Shipping policy

At The Detox Mumma, it is my number one priority to ensure prompt delivery of your goodies. So we make sure we ship everything as soon as we can. We send all orders in gorgeous recycled packaging, with the safety of your product in mind. Everything is sent in recycled boxes and our tape is even made of paper!

Orders in Australia 
Our delivery fees are a flat AU $11.00 for express post.

Why Express Post? 
Your safety and confidence in ordering is of the utmost importance to us at The Detox Mumma. That being said, we believe that Express Post is the safest option for you that ensures timely delivery of your product, every time. We have experienced the unreliability of Parcel Post, so express post is our choice – with you, the customer in mind.

Please check the Australia Post website for delivery times to specific postcodes. Most parcels are “Next Day” but Rural areas can be between 2-3 days.

Local Pick Up 
We also offer local pick up if you are in the Hobart Metro area. You are more than welcome to use this if you are a Hobart local. When your order is processing, The Detox Mumma will reach out to you to organise the collection.

Delivery Terms 
1. If ordering Advanced TRS – these orders are on a “rolling order” from Coseva. This means the orders are placed with the company at staggered intervals. The Detox Mumma orders 12 bottles every second day. These take 4-5 business days to arrive. Rarely, there may be a slight delay (of 2-3 business days) before the stock is cleared through customs from the US. Please take this into consideration when ordering. Should there be any significant delays, we will contact you to inform you of your order and relevant updates.

2. Once the stock is received, we will process all orders within 1-2 working days. Sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times.

3. Within Australia, as we only use Express Post for your delivery will be received within 1-3 days for most areas. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. To Track your order, please ensure you have a MyPost account. You can set up a MyPost account here. Also, you can check your estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website here.

4. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.

5. Delivery, within Australia, is free over AU $400.00 and a flat rate of AU $11.00 below that threshold.

6. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.

Refund policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

– has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it 
– is unsafe 
– is significantly different from the sample or description 
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

If you change your mind prior to shipping, we are more than happy to refund. Once shipped, we can not accept a change of mind.
